Are your displays medical grade?Yes. We use primary diagnostic monitors that meet DICOM standards — including luminance, contrast ratio, and viewing angle compliance.

Is your system HIPAA-compliant?Yes, our system is fully HIPAA compliant. We have implemented robust administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and security of protected health information (PHI). This includes secure data transmission, encrypted storage, strict access controls, and regular compliance audits tailored to the needs of radiology reporting.

Who reads the scans?All reports are reviewed by a board-certified dental and maxillofacial radiologist with extensive experience in CBCT interpretation.

What types of scans do you interpret?We report on CBCT, OPG, periapical, bitewing, and cephalometric scans — as well as offering advanced services like ID canal marking and TMJ/airway analysis.

Do you screen for incidental findings?Yes. Any urgent or significant findings are communicated directly and promptly to the doctor.

How much do your reports cost?Our pricing is based on how many reports you submit each month. The more you use us, the more you save — and your tier updates automatically based on monthly usage. No need to sign up for a specific plan. BRONZE Smaller clinics / occasional use 📄 1–20 reports per month • CBCT: $115 per report • 2D Reporting: $65 per report SILVER Growing practices / regular reporting 📄 21–40 reports per month • CBCT: $95 per report • 2D Reporting: $60 per report GOLD High-volume clinics / regular partners 📄 41+ reports per month • CBCT: $80 per report • 2D Reporting: $55 per report

How quickly will I receive my report?Standard turnaround is 72 hours. Express reporting (24-48 hours) is available for urgent cases — just let us know when submitting your scan.

How do I send you a scan?We use a secure, encrypted platform for all scan uploads and report exchanges. Your patient data is protected, and emails are used for notifications only.

Can I request a second opinion or consultation?Yes — we’re happy to provide additional insight or second opinions on complex or unclear cases. Just include your concerns when submitting.
